At Cielo, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 3-day service guarantee on all treatments.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within three days of your appointment. We’ll be happy to schedule a complimentary redo or touch-up with the original service provider to ensure you love your results.
Important Notes:
- Redo or touch-up appointments must be scheduled within the guarantee window.
- The guarantee does not apply to changes in style or design preference after the initial service.
- We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making it right.

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.
Skincare Products
- Skincare items may be returned or exchanged within 14days of purchase
- Products may be gently used
- Original receipt is required
All Other Retail Products
(Including tools, cosmetics, candles, tanning, grooming, accessories, gift items, etc.)
Must be unopened and unused
- Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase
- Original receipt is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Opened non-skincare products
Refunds & Store Credit
- Returns with a receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment
- Returns without a receipt may be issued store credit at current selling price
Exchanges
- Exchanges are welcome within the same timeframes listed above

Do's & Don'ts
Waxing / Sugaring
Do:
Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for waxing
Hair should be at least 1/8 inch long for sugaring.
Lightly exfoliate the area prior to service
Wear comfortable loose clothing
Avoid friction and sweat
Use PFB 24 hours folling service to prevent ingrown hairs
Don't:
Don't shave 2 weeks prior to service
Don't go in hot tubs, saunas or pools
Don't exfoliate 48 hours
Don't cause friction and sweat to the area treated for 24 hours
Don't sunbath for 24 hours
Spray Tanning
Do:
Exfoliate your entire body with Cielo's Dermamit
Shave 24 hours prior to service
Wear dark loose fitted clothing; shorts, tank top or a sundress are great
Get all other beauty services prior to tanning service, your tan should be the last thing you do
Tan 2-3 day prior to your wedding day
Don't:
Don't wear any lotion, oil, deodorant or makeup
Don't wear pants, sleeves, yoga pants, sports bras , spandex or tight dresses
Don't get wet or sweat for 7 hours after classic tans
Don't shave right before service
Don't exfoliate for 7-10 days following your tan
Lash Extensions
Do:
Arrive to your appointment with clean & makeup-free lashes
Cleanse your lashes daily with Cielo Lash Bubbly
Brush your lashes when dry
Use oil free makeup
Use oil free make remover, makeup wipes, and cleanser.
Remove contact lenses
Don't:
Don't get them wet for 24 hours following your lash appointment
Don't wear mascara
Don't excessively touch your lashes ( you are adding oil to your lashes by touching them)
Don't use any kind of oil based cleansers, makeup removers or products on your eyes or lashes
Don't pull on them
Don't brush your lashes when wet
Lash Lifts & Brow Lamination
Do:
Arrive to your appointment with clean makeup free lashes and brows
Remove contact lenses
Don't:
Get them wet for 24 hours following your lash appointment
Wear waterproof mascara. (regular is fine)
Skin
Do:
Inform your skincare professional of any and all skincare products you are using
Inform your skincare professional of any medications that may contraindicate your service
Follow your recommended skincare regimen provided by your skincare professional
Don't:
Don't exfoliate 3 days prior to service
Don't arrive with a sunburn
Don't sunbathe following service*
Don't use exfoliating or abrasive products following your service*
Don't wax or sugar directly before or after your service
Don't wash your face directly after your service
Don't wear makeup for 24 hours following your service
*Your skincare professional will instruct you depending on specific treatment
